Black Spring Kayaks provides limited lifetime warranty, it does not apply to:
| Normal wear and tear and aging of product. |
| Damaged by extreme weather or environmental use/ storage conditions. |
| Damaged while in possession of a freight carrier, a dealer, Consumer, or any party other than the seller |
| Damaged by accident, neglect, improper use or handling. |
| Kayaks that have been towed by power or sail boats. |
| Kayaks determined to have been used for any activity other than an activity which is customary for the product |
| Kayaks that have been structurally or dimensionally altered or modified. |
| Used for commercial or rental purposes. |
| Vandalism or intended damage |
| Damaged by sharp object when opening packaged product |
| Colors variations from those shown |
| This warranty is non-transferable. |
Warranty Claim Requirements
| Dated proof of purchase or original invoice, for original owner. |
| High resolution photo showing serial number (where relevant). |
| HD photo or video showing entire product(also package if possible). |
| HD photos or video and detailed descriptions of product problems. |
Warranty Terms
| Paddlesports products are designed for consumer private use in a recreational setting on safe waters |
| Limited lifetime warranty against material or manufacturing defects in the hull and deckfrom the date of ETD. Parts, accessories, and outfitting are warranted for a period of one (1) year against material or manufacturing defectsfrom the date of ETD. |
| Kayaks sold as “Secondary” as shown on the package, limited warranty for one (1) year for the hull and deck is provided |
| If easily repairable, the sller shall provide repair manual/ service for customers |
| If unrepairable by customer, depending on the problem evaluation, the seller shall either come to repair Or ship back to repair and ship again for free Or free replacement in next containers Or trade term value refund in next POs |
